We come here every time we come to the beach. Unlike some of the other reviewers, our service has always been very good. The food is always good & the bathrooms are clean.

I went here because I could walk over from my hotel. The two servers were in their early 20s - one male and one female - the both looked a little "rough". The female took my order (I would hate to say she actually waited on me) and kept mentioning how frantic the morning was. I ordered country fried steak with scrambled eggs, potatoes, grits, and toast. Serve time was ok and the food was ample portions and good taste. Sever was slow to refill my drink and never provided the requested catsup for my potatoes. Most annoying of all was a table of young males that may have decided to eat there after their partying all night. They were incredibly loud and discussing topics and using language better suited for late night card games. There seemed to me many regular older persons that as I were put off by this loud group. As many breakfast places as there are in the Myrtle Beach area, I would suggest someplace else.

Incredible selection of fresh omelettes...71 choices. Great food and service. So sorry we didn't find this place sooner

Been coming here for years, but the quality of the food has went downhill. Came here most recently with my family for breakfast while on vacation. The restaurant had give or take about 20 people inside of it. No problems being seated, but the restaurant was unbearably cold. It took forever for us to get waited on, and the server made a huge deal about how they were swamped. She said, "It's raining and everyone must want to eat out." That makes zero sense whatsoever, plus the restaurant was not even half full. She continued to complain and be dramatic throughout our meal. When she brought our food, she practically threw the plates at us. She was giving everyone in the restaurant a play by play of what she was doing, "I'm dropping these drinks off, so I can go deliver this food over there." And it went on and on... The food was a little below average. Pancake was a pancake, batter straight from a box. Bacon was terrible. It was as if someone had re-salted the bacon when cooking it. My older parents ate it and got sick afterwards, wonder why? So much salt, I can imagine their blood pressure went through the roof. I wish I was kidding. Seriously, avoid this place and go to Hardee's or Chick-Fil-A for breakfast.

Plantation has been a family favorite of ours for years. Each trip we make it a point to visit and we did so this past Thursday morning . The service is average for this tourist town but the food is definitely where this establishment shines. Over 70 different omelet choice or you can create your own. If you're looking for a nice, casual breakfast spot for the family this is worth the trip.

Great breakfast food! Yummy home fries and biscuits and so many omelette options. The sweetest server - Tina. It was her first day and she was just a delight!!!

They have a wonderful food selection here. I came here with my wife on memorial day weekend, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. They have a large selection of omlettes to choose from, along with other breakfast items. I would definitely come here again.

As soon as i walked in the door my family was quickly led to a table. Our drinks served within 5 minutes of sitting down and our orders were taken as soon as we got our drinks. Within 10 minutes we got our food. I ordered the french toast with strawberries and whipped cream. It was delicious but i do have one minor complaint, instead of using fresh strawberries on top of my toast it was a pie filling (technically glazed strawberries that come out of a can) it was ok but i believe it would be better with fresher strawberries. The sausages though... Were fabulous! I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Tasty breakfast, friendly service, very busy. However their sweet tea is horrific. I forgot from last visit, but it has been bad on two visits. My buddy says the coffee is good though. I recommend the chicken fried steak, it is a meal I can't eat all in one sitting but it is delicious. The Plantation Pancake House appears to be a family business, and I recommend it as an alternative to Denny's or other chain businesses.

Homemade food, with Denny's prices! Food is made to order and customer service is superb. They are still open for business. I say that because their sign was knocked down by the wind.

Do not come here for breakfast. Save your money and taste buds and go to the Golden Egg or another breakfast dinner down the road. I came in here with 3 others on a summer morning (before 10). We all ordered pancakes, toast, eggs, bacon/sausage/ham, and coffee. The coffee and the pancakes were good. However, the egg still had clear uncooked film over it, and the bacon tasted like they dropped it in year old grease. I could not even eat it. Two of my friends had similar issues with their sausage links and ham, except they are their pieces, despite the smell and taste of old grease, and got sick later that night. I am not claiming it was food poisoning, but just highlighting a coincidence. More importantly, while this place is cheap and affordable, I would avoid it and go to one of the better breakfast places down the road.

Upon getting seated, our server came to take our order. First thing she said was I'm little air headed so if I forget your toast please remind me. This should of been our cue to leave. We ordered our food and my wife was given bacon instead of her sausage Links When we notified the waitress and she said ok I will bring out your links. She stated you might as well keep the bacon. Well a few minutes went by and she came out with a empty plate and stated if we wanted the links we would have to pay for the bacon as well. I was in shock to the point of speechlessness. We had asked for catsup and didn't get it until we asked for it again Above all, the food was bland, over medium eggs were runny and 3 strips of bacon was 8 chunks of bacon (no strips). (This is the one reason I ask for over medium, so they aren't runny). Cheers to being our first bad review. The server tried to cover up for her mistake. She couldn't tell her boss because I'm sure the airhead had done this before.
